- **User** - User of the Live Optics Portal (VAR or Partner OEM)

- **End User** - Prospect/Customer

- **Project** - Audit results, visible from the Dashboard

- **Collector** - .exe file that can be executed over a period of time (from 4h up to 7days), from a Windows machine. Will generate a .IOKIT file or import directly data into the DPACK website

- **Report** - PDF file containing most of the results from a DPACK run
